Blueprints are useful, but unless you are trained on reading them, they can sometimes be difficult to understand.  However, 3-D scale models are easy to understand and provides a hands-on training approach that is pleasant to view.  Regardless if the model is for an idea (proposed fill line, expansion, isolator, etc.), a specific isolator or for an entire Cleanroom, Aseptic Solutions, Inc. provides clients with high-quality 3-D models for presentation, training or used in identifying areas within your aseptic processing area (APA) that may be susceptible to contamination.  

We provide finely crafted acrylic models with the utmost accuracy and attention to detail.  We work closely with your internal resources to identify important components to be included in order to make your model as realistic and useful as possible. 

At Aseptic Solutions, we understand our clients' desires to train employees and/or resolve issues within the APA as quickly as possible.  We produce quality models in a timely and cost-effective manner.   Our clients will be able to view digital pictures of their model as it is being constructed.  

Description of the Physical Model

The tank (sides, top and bottom) of the physical model is made of sturdy 1/4" acrylic and is mounted on a solid wooden base for stability.  The equipment inside the tank is comprised of steel, aluminum and wood, giving your model a very realist look and feel.  Click here to view pictures.
